Veja have reimagined their iconic Volley O.T. Leather shoes, drawing inspiration from classic Brazilian volleyball footwear of the 1970s. As a tribute to their roots, this reissue marks the revival of Veja’s very first model, originally introduced in 2005. Crafted from O.T. (Organic Traced) Leather, the shoes feature material sourced exclusively from 100% certified organic farms in Uruguay—renowned for its rich heritage in livestock farming and premium leather. This particular leather is Veja’s softest and thinnest yet, mechanically softened for added finesse and flexibility. Tanned in Brazil with a reduced use of dyes, the process adheres to strict environmental standards, including regulated dyeing practices and responsible water management. The result is a stylish, sustainable trainer that embodies both heritage and innovation.
