Stylist Notes

American Ivy meets British street style in this epic collaboration between G.H. Bass & Co and Fred Perry. Hand made from oxblood polished leather, the shoe builds upon the classic Bass Weejun silhouette with choice details from Fred Perry. The iconic laurel wreath is featured on the heel tab and the interior trim features the Fred Perry tartan giving it just a hint of British punk rebellion while keeping things trim and sleek. A coloured streak on the midsole references the 'tipping' detail made famous by Fred Perry's trailblazing original polo shirts. The shoe features a thick ridge commando outsole based on the Weejuns '90s construction which gives it a modern and slightly utilitarian edge. Pair with a classic polo and chinos or shirt and dark jeans for a classic heritage look.
