In 2006, Trent Kitsch found himself enduring hours in a damp, restrictive ocean suit during a fishing expedition, leading him to realise that there had to be a more comfortable solution to prevent the discomfort of chafing.
With his background as a former baseball player, Kitsch envisioned a unique approach: an inverted version of a catcher's mitt, designed to cradle and protect with support, built directly into men's underwear. This innovative idea sparked the beginning of a revolutionary design, aimed at delivering ultimate comfort and relief from chafing in any environment.
After his fishing tripand with the hammock concept still lingeringhe collaborated with a skilled seamstress and designer, using himself as the fit model, to craft a unique, paneled fabric hammock designed to prevent uncomfortable friction by keeping his testicles separate from his legs.
After testing fourteen prototypes, the innovative BallPark Pouch¬ was perfected, and SAXX Underwear was poised to transform comfort for men everywhere.
