These boat shoes are fitted with an Italian-made Cortina lug sole, a soft yet robust compound that perfectly complements the eight dense layers of rubber and leather beneath the foot. This unique lug sole design pays homage to the 1956 Winter Olympic Games, held in Italy's Cortina district, and was engineered to provide an optimal balance of grip and durability, ensuring consistent performance in various conditions.
