STEP TWO: Purchase your label
We have teamed up with DPD to ensure our customers have the best possible service and rates for a return or exchange with an express service at £4.99 Alternatively, you can use a courier of your choice. (Please note we do not hold any responsibility for lost, damaged or delayed items. We are also unable to track these items on your behalf)
Purchase your DPD label here. Please then allow at least 24 hours for your purchased label to be emailed to you.
Once you have purchased your DPD Label you will receive a PDF sent to your email with a link with the DPD returns Portal
STEP THREE: Send us your item
