The notebooks are bound with glossy black staples and have the same black/kraft duplex covers that are exclusive to Field Notes. The interior covers of the Dot-Graph and Ruled editions provide specifications and practical applications, and the outside covers include maybe helpful information about light and darkness. The body paper is 60# Finch Opaque.
