Last week the Stuarts team headed to the Pub to celebrate the fusion of two British icons - Barbour & Baracuta. Spent in the capital, the evening played host to friends, family & all involved in the Barbour x Baracuta collaboration.

Inspired by the timeless 'Ivy League Style,' which originated in early 20th-century America, this collection captures the essence of sophisticated yet casual fashion. Initially embraced by elite East Coast American students who sought versatile clothing for both lectures and sports, the style later found a devoted following among British fashion enthusiasts in the 1960s. The UK's interpretation added a touch of modishness with elements such as workwear, and panelled flat caps. The Barbour x Baracuta collection pays homage to this heritage with three distinct styles in various colourways fusing together both brands' iconic tartan prints.

Held in the Coach Makers Arms, a beating heart of the Marylebone Village community, this 19th century boozer was the perfect fit for two brands with such heritage. Creative artist & DJ Normski held down the floor whilst the "speakeasy" basement cocktail bar was filled wall to wall with Barbour & Baracuta merchandise everywhere you looked.

Stylist & face of the campaign Karlmond Tang could be seen most of the evening schooling people on the pool table, specially brought in for the night, demonstrating the Barbour x Baracuta bollards in action. Drinks were flowing with the Stuarts team, guests & friends from the industry dressed in the collection's offerings certainly enjoyed the bottomless bar - which was also littered with Barbour x Baracuta place mats.

Barbour & Baracuta have been deeply rooted here at Stuarts for many years so we're proud to now present this limited collection as a independent stockist celebrating British Heritage. Shop the collection below, available online & in-store now at Stuarts London.
