Born out of the stark contrast between the cold Swedish winters and the sun-soaked atmosphere of Barcelona, OAS was inspired by founder Oliver Lundgren's getaways to his holiday home in Spain. What began with a line of espadrilles, once hard to find in Sweden, quickly expanded into a broader collection including swimwear, shirts, and beach towels. Over time, OAS has grown into a contemporary Swedish menswear brand known for its laid-back, vacation-ready aesthetic.

Behind The Label

OAS takes its name from the initials of its Swedish founder, Oliver Adam Sebastian, and was conceived as a resort brand during his frequent visits to the family's summer house in Barcelona. The journey began when Oliver started providing his friends with elusive espadrilles footwear, which were unavailable in Scandinavia in 2010. This initial success led to the expansion into swimwear, establishing OAS as the esteemed resort brand it is today.
