Started in Manchester, England in 1963. Henri Lloyd established themselves first in the field of nautical clothing for sailors and yachtsmen. It was founded by sailors for sailors but soon their influence stretched far beyond their target audience. Known for their technical innovations such as the use of Velcro closures in waterproof garments and the incorporation of Gore-Tex Waterproofing, Henri Lloyd continue to push for innovation in their clothing today to fit the needs of the modern user.
