Behind The Label

Bruno's story starts in Scandicci, Florence, in 1970. The founder of the firm, Bruno Beni, decides to adorn his shoes with the traditional rope. Since the rope is hand-attached to each shoe, no two are alikeÑthis is the key to their success. Throughout its history, the factory has collaborated with some of the leading footwear companies in Italy. Over the years, Monica, Antonio, and FrancescoÑthe founder's three sonsÑhave all held positions in the company. Their presence guaranteed the custom's continuance and further renewal. The Brunos are working as hard as they did yesterday at their Scandicci shoe factory.
