How To Make A Return

It couldn’t be easier to return products to us for a refund or exchange.  We have collaborated with DPD to provide all of our customers in the Uk with the best possible service to send an item back to us. To get started please read the returns instructions below and head over to our returns portal by clicking Create A Return next to the service that your would like.

To speed up the returns process, please insure that the steps below have been completed. To complete your return you will need the following information to hand, all of which can be found on your order confirmation or invoice.

  • Order Reference Number - For most customer this will be a number beginning with WEB or a GE Number
  • Your Email Address or Telephone Number - This will be the details you used to complete your order
  • The Item Information - The five digit product code of the item that you are returning, (This can be found within your order summary in brackets. e.g. (44231). The product name of them item that you are returning and the price that you paid

Once you have all of the information to hand please follow these three easy steps to complete your Return

  1. Complete a returns form - Complete the returns form within the returns portal using your Order Reference Number and order details. Click here to download
  2. Pay for your returns label - Pay for your returns label using your credit/ debit card or via PayPal by clicking Create A Return
  3. Return your item - Print your returns label and attach it the the front of your parcel using the instructions given in the portal.

Please Note

  • The DPD service is only available to our customers as a matter of convenience to offer a cheaper rate of return cost. 
  • However we are not & will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged and delayed items or tracking items being returned back to us on your behalf.  
  • DPD request any lost or damaged items must be reported within 14-days of them issuing you a tracking reference. Please note the liability cover is only £50 using this service and for extra liability coverage you may want to consider an alternative courier or paying an extra delivery cost to include higher insurance.
