How To Make A Return

STEP ONE: Complete returns form (Returns Reference Number is the WEB order number on invoice)

  • Complete the returns form. This can be found on the reverse side of your invoice sheet within your delivery.

STEP TWO: Send your item to us

  • We have teamed up with DPD to ensure our customers have the best possible service and rates for a return or exchange. To create your returns label or see your return options, please click here (please note, DPD only insure items up to the value of £50. If your item exceeds this, we recommend special delivery with Royal Mail)
  • You can use any courier of your choice. (Please note we do not hold any responsibility for lost, damaged or delayed items. We are also unable to track these items on your behalf)

How to Make a FREE exchange

STEP ONE: Contact us

  • If you are wanting a free exchange, simply email us quoting your WEB order number (this can be found on the top left of your invoice) requesting a free returns label: We will then send you your free returns label to be printed. 

STEP TWO: Complete exchange form

  • Please fill out the exchange form that was within your delivery, this can be found on the reverse side of your invoice.

STEP THREE: Send your item to us

  • Using your free returns label, please post us back your item. Once received, we will be in touch.

  • Mail your parcel at at DPD Drop Off Point
  • Create your return via the DPD online portal & print off your label
  • Your return will be processed within 2 - 5 days from sending
  • Pay using credit or debit card or via PayPal



*DPD request any lost or damaged items must be reported within 14-days of them issuing you a tracking reference. Please note the liability cover is only £50 using this service and for extra liability coverage you may want to consider an alternative courier or paying an extra delivery cost to include higher insurance.
