Once we have received your order we will then process your return using the details provided within your order confirmation and email you your returns label and customs letter which must be attached to the outside of your package*
Once your parcel has been dropped off your item will take 2-5 days to get back to us. You can keep an eye on the status of your parcel by using the tracking number provided once your receive your returns label. Once we have received your item(s) back we will than process a refund or exchange as per your instruction given on the returns form
*Please note that the label can only be processed during office opening hours - 9AM GMT - 17:00PM GMT Monday to Friday and 9AM GMT - 12:00 PM GMT on a Saturday - We aim to process all labels within 24 hours of receiving an Order Confirmation.
