How To Make A Return

It couldn’t be easier to return products to us for a refund or exchange.  We have collaborated with our DHL to provide all of our customers in France with the best possible service to send an item back to us for a refund or exchange.  An express service, competitively priced at £16.95, to get started please read the returns instructions below using the details provided upon your Original Order and add this service your your basket

Once you have all of the information to hand please follow these three easy steps to complete your Return

  1. Complete a returns form - Complete the returns form using your original Order Reference Number and order details. Click here to download
  2. Pay for your returns label - Pay for your returns label using your credit/ debit card or via PayPal by adding this service to your basket and processing your payment via the checkout
  3. Return your item - Print your returns label and customers letter, attach it the the front of your parcel using the instructions provided. Once completed drop your parcel off to your local DHL Office


Once we have received your order we will then process your return using the details provided within your order confirmation and email you your returns label and customs letter which must be attached to the outside of your package*



Once your parcel has been dropped off your item will take 2-5 days to get back to us. You can keep an eye on the status of your parcel by using the tracking number provided  once your receive your returns label. Once we have received your item(s) back we will then process a refund or exchange as per your instruction given on the returns form

*Please note that the label can only be processed during office opening hours - 9AM GMT - 17:00PM GMT Monday to Friday and 9AM GMT - 12:00 PM GMT on a Saturday - We aim to process all labels within 24 hours of receiving an Order Confirmation.
