Here at Stuarts London, we offer both electronic e-vouchers and physical gift certificates. This way, you can get that last minute e-voucher delivered straight to your email address within minutes or you can have something special for your family or friend to unwrap. Our gift certificates also arrive in a Stuarts envelope adding another layer to your gift. All our gift vouchers can be bought at the value of your choice and can be redeemed up to 12 months after the purchase, both in-store and online.
E-vouchers: Confirmation of the Gift Voucher will only be sent to the purchaser once the order is confirmed by Stuarts London. Gift Vouchers can only be cancelled by the purchaser within 1 hour of purchase and will not be valid until confirmation email is received. Unwanted Gift Vouchers can not be returned and voucher codes can not be used to purchase another gift voucher.
Gift Certificate: If you wish to have a gift certificate sent out, simply purchase your e-voucher and then email sales@stuartslondon.com to request one. Within your email, please state if you wish us to send it directly to the recipient or if you wish to have it delivered to you. If you can also note if you want us to write it for you. If you would like us to write it, please let us know who it is from and to and a small message.
