In celebration of the 36th Edition of the America’s Cup, sailing outfitters North Sails team up with the main sponsor for this year’s event – Prada.

North Sails have a longstanding relationship with the competition dating back to the 1980s. The brand have outfitted teams of the competition and brought home 12 victories since 1988. Going from strength to strength – the brand is now the Official Clothing Partner of the American Cup.

This year, North Sails work with Italian fashion giant Prada for an exclusive collection celebrating the historical event. The 2021 competition leads us to New Zealand, chosen for its rugged landscapes and untouched beauty the presence of this unique location is woven throughout the collection.

The Hauraki jacket for example is named after the famous gulf of the same name, famous for its sailing. Or the Ortara Polo at the Southernmost region home to the historic Waipapa Point Lighthouse famously made entirely of wood.
