A.P.C. Tote Bags | Redefining Minimalist Design

From its humble beginnings in Paris, A.P.C has grown into a global brand and has notched up successful collaborations with the likes of Carhartt, Supreme, Brain Dead, and even the self-proclaimed Louis-Vuitton-Don; one of the most recognised, and adored figures in the fashion world – Kanye West.

A.P.C are a brand which is known for its minimalist approach to design. One of the first items which really encapsulated that design approach is the A.P.C tote bag. It’s now iconic ‘A.P.C’ logo in an understated bold white or black font, can often be seen slung from the shoulder of the young, fashion-conscious Parisian crowd seamlessly paired with a beaten pair of Paraboots and long overcoat to give an unmistakably chic look.

A.P.C were one of the first to capitalise on the tote bag trend giving something to the customer which is both practical, stylish, and with its neutral colour palette easy to pair with pretty much any outfit you can imagine.

In the influencer economy that the fashion world now operates in it is not only important the brand being worn but just as important who is wearing it. Companies outside of the fashion industry have even started to capitalise on the use of tote bags as a form of guerrilla marketing their own brand. A.P.C were one of the brands to realise this early on.

With functional proportions, perfect strap length, and neutral colour palette, it’s the perfect bag for any occasion or an everyday carry. It’s are also unisex and pairs equally well with Menswear and Womenswear.

We at Stuarts London have no doubt that the A.P.C tote bag has all the makings of a classic, up there with converse high-tops, Levi’s red-tab jeans, and the Barachuta Harrington jacket.

Here at Stuarts we’re fully stocked with the new SS20 collection of A.P.C tote bags as well at tote bags from the highly anticipated A.P.C x Carhartt collab.
