American Trench – The Socks That Actively Fight Odour

American Trench was founded back in 2009 by Jacob Hurwitz, a Philadelphia native who visited London and fell in love with the heritage inspired clothing flowing through the capital. He realised there was no American alternative across the pond, and so, American Trench came into being. With American manufacturing at the core of their business model, American Trench produce all of their now famous socks in a North Carolina based factory and have done since the label’s inception. The factory is run by an Argentinian family, who have for 40 years produced socks for the US military, and American Trench’s odour fighting socks are produced to the same specification.
The Mil-Spec Sport sock arrives available in a plethora of colours including red, yellow, green, grey and orange; each of which are crafted from a blend of cotton, nylon, spandex and anti-microbial silver. The anti-microbial silver inlay is the special part, fighting bacteria and keeping the socks odour-free, even after days of continued wear. With built in arch support and a compression band to the foot the socks don’t lack in comfort either, with the spandex blend providing for a form fitting shape.
