A pioneer for it’s innovative use and development of fabric technologies, pioneering is has been a feature at Belstaff since it’s very beginning in 1924. Originating from the label’s co-founder  Eli Belovitch this season’s collection collection is no different with the release of the Belstaff Origins Collection that see’s a range of the label’s most iconic models, such as the Trailmaster, reinterpreted with innovative technical fabrics that have been designed for movement and wearable throughout.

Impermeable to the elements fabric innovations include a two-way stretch nylon, which provides unparalleled mobility and comfort in active conditions whilst a new ripstop fabric reiterates the very modern and versatile developments in outerwear this season. As well as new fabrics the origins collection incorporates new laser cutting techniques on pockets whilst rubberised snaps have been used to give heritage models a contemporary look which is complemented by bonded seams and waterproof zips, both adding a graphic element to the heritage silhouettes.

Incorporating “seasonless” technology,  that make the garments incredibly lightweight, waterproof, windproof, breathable, moisture-wicking and UV protective, these developments look set to represent a vanguard of performance fabric technology.
