Master & Dynamic , the New York based Audio company is obsessed with the interaction between sound and creativity. The result is an absolute work of art.  Wired magazine, known for testing and reviewing tech products , gave     M & D 10 out of 10, and further suggest that sound quality was the best they have ever heard from a wireless headset.  Apart from having a state of the art tech spec, which includes a 45mm Neodymium High Performance drivers with an impedance  of 32 ohms. This specification is the same for the wired MH40 version and the MW60 wireless version.

Two more models exist to complete the range, MW50 also of which is also wireless available at a slightly lesser price compared to the MW60. The drivers are 40mm Beryllium however still with an Impedance of 32 ohms.  Finally Master and Dynamic offer a more discreet version , the ME05 earphones.  You would think the entry level product would have lesser sound quality, so the cheaper price is sustainable.  Not with M&D…..

The ME05 packs  a 8mm Titanium-coated – Dynamic Driver with an Impedance of 16 ohms.  These earphones are built from solid brass which maximize the material’s acoustic and aesthetic properties. M & D further use oxygen-free copper cables to deliver rich, warm sound. Available with XS , S , M , L  Silicone ear tips, storage box and canvas pouch, polishing cloth and clothing clip, with a separate Mic and Remote.

There are quite a few brands out there on the market that offer the same tech spec,  but they lack one thing and that is        Sex Appeal.  Master and Dynamic , however don’t ….

Only the finest materials are used, the head band is made from premium grain cowhide, the ear pads, are soft as can be and made from lamb leather wrapped over memory foam. Which are also replaceable if need be in time. The patent-pending antenna, a key component of any wireless product provides up to 3 times the industry standard for connectivity distance. On the headphones (MW60) an omnidirectional microphone is integrated into the ear cup for crystal clear communication.  With all this included in each product it’s no wonder why everyone who is in the ‘know’ wants a pair,  we’ll happily label theses wonder plugs and ear warmers the Rolls Royce of the audio market.
