Established in 2004, Pointer was created with the aim of making simple, well-designed casual shoes in response to a market then saturated with increasingly technical trainers and hyped-up limited edition sneakers.
Pointer employs people it likes, from artists to interns; based in London, the company is backed by a creative stable of friends and co-conspirators, inspired and informed by everything from art and music to skateboarding and breakfast.

Having the chance to bump into Gareth at one of the trade show in Berlin, it became very apparent to why Pointer is so successful as a brand. Gareth was in town for the launch of their new store in the swanky part of Berlin. The store looked fantastic and the concept of the brand beamed out of every corner.
We originally sold pointer when they launched in 2004 , but after a while felt that there wasn’t enough change in designs. This winter we bring Pointer back to the Stuarts London portfolio, Why? Because the team have out done themselves, the quality, style and simplistic wearable footwear with unique detail puts this brand back on our top 10 list.
In Store we just have to show it to a customer and it goes with any outfit – in regards to the Five style at the very top of this page. The design is ultra light , yet the construction is very durable and built to last.
Pointer have stuck to what they do best , instead of trying to copy and follow high street trends, Pointer have kept to their statement
” Well-designed casual shoes in response to a market “
We do hope you enjoy the shoes as much as the staff at Stuarts London have enjoyed wearing them.
