Returns & Exchanges

If you decide once you receive the item that it is not as described or simply not to your liking we offer a full return and refund policy. Please send an e mail requesting a returns form to customerservices@stuartslondon.com, so that we know that there’s a problem and we will email you a form to complete and return with your item. We must be notified within 14 days from receipt of the item to exercise right to return. When returning items please ensure that they are carefully wrapped, so that they complete the return journey in tact. Please return using recorded delivery postage. We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged goods sent by you, please ensure that you use a reputable courier (i.e. Royal Mail Special Delivery) with insurance for sending your item.

Any items of clothing returned with the smell of perfume or cologne will not be accepted.

Sale items are NOT refundable, and can only be exchanged or a credit-note will be issued against the purchase.

Please note returns will not be accepted on worn or misused goods. All original labels must be intact. Any items we receive without authorisation form will be sent back at a cost to you.

Returns and exchanges can also be made at the Stuarts store in Shepherds Bush, please retain your receipt and sales ID number. ( All exchanges within 28 days only online or instore)

To cancel an order

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days upon receipt of the goods. However, in the interests of hygiene, we regret this does not apply to unwanted pierce products, hosiery, swimwear, underwear,cosmetic products and Sunglasses.

We cannot refund postage paid for services you may have asked to use, and our free postage policy can only be extended to customers wishing to keep the goods that have been ordered. Free postage costs will be deducted at the time of refund as this a third party service that is fulfilled and cannot be cancelled. The Postage service is separate service we provide and starts at the time of purchase which cannot be cancelled.

Refunds & Replacements
Refunds will only be provided to the original purchaser. Replacement items will be sent to you free of charge. The cost of the product bought will be refunded excluding the delivery charge inncurred when we sent out the inital delivery. Free deliveries will be free to customers keeping or exchanging a product. Free delivery will be deducted from your payed total at £3.95 if you require a refund on a item returned to us.

Customers outside the UK will not be offered a free exchange, exchanges made to destinations outside the UK will be charged at the normal delivery rate.

Any balance of refunds or exchanges will only be debited or credited against the card the original purchase was made through. This is to protect you against any potential card fraud.

All refunds will only be given once we receive our goods back and have inspected them.

Lost or Delayed Goods

In unfortunate circumstances when products/goods may be lost or delayed, we will track our parcel through the courier service and inform you of the outcome.

If by then you wish to cancel the delayed product, you will have to wait to receive the product and then return it to us. On return only then will we be able to give a refund. The cost of delivery will be deducted from the total is a refund is requested, as this is non service charge that cannot be cancelled and starts at the time of purchase.

In case of lost products we will have to investigate and inform you of the outcome. A refund will be given for lost products, however if the courier service informs that a signature was attained at the delivery address, we will then send you a copy of the signed form. If we are satisfied that the product was delivered to the right address and we have confirmation of this then we will not refund.

Fila Vintage

The 1980 was one of the most influential years for Fila . The fashion made famous on the court by Bjorn Borg, was a phenomenon in the UK and around the world. Borg had plenty of success on the Wimbledon courts in the 1980s and he also worked with Fila to come up with fashion designs. One of the most famous designs was the Fila Vintage Matchday Jacket. Barbour Jackets

Stylish outdoor wear. 1849 a farm in Galloway where John Barbour was born. Barbour left Scotland and started his first shop in South Shields. The main focus of Barbour was the designs that he made. Barbour knew his market well, Tyneside’s ship builders, fishermen, river and rock workers, all these professions needed durable clothing, a distinct sense of style was being achieved by Barbour.
