Massimo Osti Archive jackets are made to order only, so once we sell out each season there will be no replenishment until the next season. Stock is very limited on every jacket made.

On purchases over £75.00 postage and packaging is free.
Any orders under £75.00 postage will be charged at £3.95.
We will endeavour to get your item to you within 2-5 business days at the latest.

Orders over £100 = Free (Next Day tracked service by 5pm* Some Postcodes may experience a delay by one day) *Please note Tracked Next-day does not guarantee Saturday Service although success rate is 90% for Saturday.

For a Guaranteed Saturday delivery please select Next-Day Special charged at £7.95 , please order on Friday before 4pm.

Orders received by 4.00pm on a weekday will be shipped either the same day or the following day. Orders received at the weekend will be shipped out on Monday.

If this is not possible, or an item is out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail or phone.

A confirmation of shipping will always be emailed once goods are dispatched.

All Delivery Services we use require a signature on arrival, otherwise postman will leave a card through your door to let you know which royal mail office will be holding your package. Some larger and more expensive items may be sent by Express special delivery service without notice at our discretion. No extra charges apply.

In most cases please allow 48 hours for delivery. Orders to British Isles, Southern Ireland please allow 3-4 working days.

A special Express Service is available for next day delivery if requested at a charge of £7.95  Mon-Sat (Saturday service guaranteed & No Service on Sunday).

Next-day delivery service can only be completed if the order(s) are received by 4pm.

Saturday Special Delivery:

As we don't have a courier working on Sunday or any Bank Holidays, please expect your delivery for the next working day. On Saturday's please order before 11am if you require the next day delivery to reach it's destination by Monday. Please note, if you order purchasing a Next-Day Special Service by 1pm on Friday order before 4pm expect to receive parcel by Saturday.

Will I incur any CUSTOMS & IMPORT charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches it's destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

 

Returning the Product from outside the EU : (European Union)

Please be sure to mark the Package Clearly "Product returned for Refund" or "Product returned for Exchange" on the outside of the Package before sending back.

Also please highlight this to the Courier you are using so they correctly fill out the paperwork on your behalf to make sure you avoid any charges and problems with UK customs.

We want the returned package to reach our given returns address and do not offer to pay any customs charges on your behalf if your parcel is stopped at the UK border because procedure was not followed correctly.

Returns & Exchanges

If you decide once you receive the item that it is not as described or simply not to your liking we offer a full return and refund policy. Please download a returns form from the above link. 

The Item must be returned back to us within 14 days from receipt of the item to exercise right to return when requesting a Refund or 28 days is given if you would like to exchange or receive a e-voucher.

When returning items please ensure that:
  • They are carefully wrapped, so that they complete the return journey in tact.
  • Please return using recorded delivery postage. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FOLLOWING ITEMS IN THE INTEREST OF HYGIENE CANNOT BE RETURNED. THIS APPLIES TO:

DO NOT REMOVE ANY ORIGINAL SWING TAGS, LABELS OR DAMAGE THE PACKAGING AS THIS WILL VOID ANY RIGHTS TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

PLEASE NOTE, Items being returned from outside EU must be CLEARLY MARKED on  the customs form & Outside of the package  " EXCHANGES" or "REFUND".

Any items of clothing returned with the smell of perfume or cologne will not be accepted. 

 

Sale items are NOT refundable, and can only be exchanged or a credit-note as an e-voucher will be issued against the purchase.

Please note that if any item is bought on the website and goes into sale within 5 days of purchase we will refund the difference by e-wallet in your Stuarts London Account. We have the right to reduce prices or place items in to promotional sale without any prior notice.

Please note returns will not be accepted on worn or misused goods. All original labels must be in tact. Any items we receive without authorisation form will be sent back at a cost to you.

Returns and exchanges can also be made at the Stuarts store in Shepherds Bush, please retain your receipt and sales ID number. ( All exchanges within 28 days only online or in store)

TO CANCEL AN ORDER:

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days upon receipt of the goods. However, in the interests of hygiene, we regret this does not apply to unwanted pierce products, hosiery, swimwear, underwear, cosmetic products and Sunglasses.

We cannot refund postage paid for services you may have to used to send back goods, and our free postage policy can only be extended to customers wishing to keep the goods that have been ordered.

The Postage service is separate service we provide and starts at the time of purchase which cannot be cancelled once an item has been dispatched.

£3.95 IS DEDUCTED ON ORDERS BEING REFUNDED WHICH ENJOYED A FREE DELIVERY SERVICE. WE CAN ONLY EXTEND A FREE DELIVERY TO CUSTOMERS WISHING TO KEEP THE PURCHASED ITEM OR WISHING TO HAVE AN EXCHANGE.


Please be aware that if we have already dispatched an order before you notified to cancel, then we will wait to recieve back the item sent out to you in order to make a full refund. Any admin charges that we have incurred will be dedcuted before the refund is made. In most cases this applies to the cost of delivery services used by us to send out the order.


Refunds & Replacements


Refunds will only be provided to the original purchaser.  TO GAIN A REFUND PLEASE SEND ITEM BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

The cost of the product bought will be refunded excluding the delivery charge inncurred when we sent out the inital delivery. Free deliveries will be free to customers keeping or exchanging a product. Free delivery will be deducted from your payed total at £3.95 when a refund is requested on a item returned to us.

First Replacement/Exchange of any item(s) will be sent to you free of charge.  

Customers outside the UK will NOT be offered a free exchange, exchanges made to destinations outside the UK will be charged at the normal delivery rate.

 Any balance of refunds or exchanges will only be debited or credited against the card the original purchase was made through. This is to protect you against any potential card fraud.

All refunds will only be given once we receive our goods back and have inspected them.

 

Lost or Delayed Goods

In unfortunate circumstances when products/goods may be lost or delayed, we will track our parcel through the courier service and inform you of the outcome.

If by then you wish to cancel the delayed product, you will have to wait to receive the product and then return it to us. On return of parcel, only then will we be able to provide a refund.

The cost of delivery will be deducted from the total if a refund is requested, as this is a service charge that cannot be cancelled and starts at the time of purchase.

In case of lost products we will have to investigate and inform you of the outcome. A refund will be given for lost products, however if the courier service informs that a signature was attained at the delivery address, we will then send you a copy of the signed form. If we are satisfied that the product was delivered to the right address and we have confirmation of this then we will not refund.

In the case of Lost or delayed parcels we Must allow 15 days. In order to refund a lost package we must have a letter from the addressee confirming they haven't received the parcel. This is to assist Royal Mail to investigate lost parcels.
